Consumers love multifunctional products, and KEVIN.MURPHY has responded with SMOOTH.AGAIN ($32), a leave-in styling and treatment product in one, that tames frizz, while smoothing and hydrating hair. The 200ml recyclable container with recyclable pump features a unique color and shape. Stylist and founder Kevin Murphy requested that the package be made to appear jewel-like, and says the asymmetric, faceted shape (with an offset neck) was quite a challenge to design and produce in gloss PETG material.

In 2011, Murphy was selected as a Climate Connector for Al Gore’s non-profit The Climate Reality Project, to educate the industry on reducing its carbon footprint. In 2012, the brand received the PETA seal of approval as a cruelty-free company that does not harm or test on animals.
